A small, supportive group where I will teach you how to respond to your child’s anxiety while also building their independence

This is where the SPACE Method comes in

SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is an evidence-based approach that is proven to decrease childhood anxiety by teaching parents what to say and do in the hard moments.

Who is this cohort for?

This group is for parents of kids who are:

  • Constantly negotiating their way out of trying new things

  • Struggling to make new friends and speak up for themselves

  • Rigid, perfectionist, and controlling the energy in your home

If you feel like you’re constantly walking on eggshells and have no idea how to break this pattern, this is for you.

After you work with me, your kids will begin to try new activities, make new friends, sleep independently, and start to believe in themselves! It’s the absolute best when it all clicks.

You’ll leave each session feeling less alone and with everything you need to actually take the next steps.

What changes after The Parent Cohort?

By the end of the 6 weeks, you will:

  • Feel more confident as a parent so you stop questioning every word you say

  • Witness your child tolerating more discomfort and taking more risks

  • Feel more hopeful for your child and your family’s future.

LICSW

As a coach for parents of anxious kids and a mom of three just trying to figure it all out, I understand just how overwhelming it can feel to navigate daily life with anxiety in the mix. I’m a licensed therapist and certified provider of SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), the only evidence-based treatment proven to decrease childhood anxiety by only working with parents. With over a decade of experience supporting families, I specialize in guiding parents to break free from the cycle of over-accommodation and replace it with supportive, effective responses. Through my membership program and 1:1 SPACE therapy practice, I equip parents with practical, neuroscience-backed strategies that foster independence, resilience, and lasting confidence in their kids. Testimonials

Stories from parents who were exactly where you are now but here's what's changed for their family

“It was so nice hearing from you and others and having you actually walk us through specific examples from our own lives. I am amazed- and appreciate- how responsive you are!”

“Things are going well and the scripts are coming more easily to us now. While I wish I had heard about SPACE when things started to go awry a couple of years ago, I'm so thankful I jumped at the chance to learn these strategies as soon as I found out about them.”

“I've been continuing to use the principles you taught me in your course with continued success. It has made my child less anxious and able to overcome more situations, which in turn has made him more confident and happier. I have also been able to apply it to a few of my other relationships with people, and it has worked to free me up emotionally. I'm very grateful to you for teaching such a useful technique with relatively quick results. It was an excellent experience that made a big difference in the quality of our lives.”

“My daughter has more confidence in her ability to handle being nervous in the areas that we targeted, which has led to that confidence spilling over into other parts of her life, such as school drop off; she now walks in most days with a smile on her face!”

“Robyn helped us to have hope during a time that seemed hopeless. Her expertise allowed us to understand our child's anxieties better and gave us tools to navigate the ever-changing journey of parenting.”

“My child is able to do the things he doesn't like with less anxiety, and I can see he is more relaxed about it. He knows even if it's hard for him, he can get through it. The more he does it, the easier it gets.”

“Having the proper language to use with my daughter has been a game-changer.”

“Robyn has a remarkable ability to break down complex concepts into approachable, relatable strategies that parents can implement immediately. Her deep knowledge of anxiety and the SPACE model was evident, but what truly stood out was her compassionate and empowering presence.”
