A 6-Week SPACE Group for Parents of Reactive, Hesitant, and Anxious Kids

A small, supportive group where I will teach you how to respond to your child’s anxiety while also building their independence

This is where the SPACE Method comes in

SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions) is an evidence-based approach that is proven to decrease childhood anxiety by teaching parents what to say and do in the hard moments.

I will teach you how to validate your child’s experience, while not losing sight of the real goal: decreasing anxiety and increasing resilience.
As a licensed therapist and parent coach certified in SPACE, I have helped countless parents make changes that have resulted in their own children feeling more capable and confident. After you work with me, your kids will begin to try new activities, make new friends, sleep independently, and start to believe in themselves! It’s the absolute best when it all clicks.

Robyn Isman

As a coach for parents of anxious kids, and a mom of three just trying to figure it all out, I understand just how overwhelming it can feel to navigate daily life with anxiety in the mix. I’m a licensed therapist and certified provider of SPACE (Supportive Parenting for Anxious Childhood Emotions), the only evidence-based treatment proven to decrease childhood anxiety by only working with parents. With over a decade of experience supporting families, I specialize in guiding parents to break free from the cycle of over-accommodation and replace it with supportive, effective responses. Through my membership program and 1:1 SPACE therapy practice, I equip parents with practical, neuroscience-backed strategies that foster independence, resilience, and lasting confidence in their kids.

    Supportive Statements Learning exactly what to say to validate your child's feelings while building their confidence.

  • Week 3 - May 15

    The Accommodation Cycle Identifying the patterns that keep anxiety stuck and beginning to shift them.

  • Week 4 - May 22

    Planning and Preparing Creating a clear, realistic plan for reducing anxiety accommodations and preparing for pushback.

  • Week 5 - May 29

    The Announcement Communicating the change to your child in a way that is both loving and produces results.

  • Week 6 - June 5

    Review and Implementation Putting your plan into action with guidance and troubleshooting along the way.

    Robyn Isman, LICSW, holds over a decade of clinical experience and is SPACE-certified. You’ll gain access to expert guidance from someone trained directly in one of the most effective treatments for childhood anxiety.

  • Will I get direct access to Robyn in this cohort?

    Yes! Robyn is available directly during the weekly live sessions and available by email to ask questions and get direct guidance specialized to your family. Robyn is not acting as your therapist in this capacity, she cannot assess for diagnosis or safety.

  • What if I can’t attend a live session?

    All sessions will be recorded and available inside your cohort dashboard.

  • What age children is this method for?

    This program is designed for parents of children experiencing anxiety, hesitation, or reactive behaviors.

  • Do I need prior knowledge of the SPACE Method?

    No prior knowledge is required! Everything you need will be provided and explained during the program.

  • How is this cohort different from therapy?

    The Parent Cohort is not a substitute for therapy because it does not diagnose, assess for safety, or provide individualized mental health treatment. Instead, this cohort offers guided educational tools, strategies, and resources for parents to learn how to support their child’s anxiety with confidence.

  • Do you offer refunds?

    Due to the digital nature of this guided course experience and its content, refunds are not offered.
